We only accept returns for damaged planters. If your Palette Pot comes damaged, send us an email as soon as possible, along with pictures of the damage to help@palettepots.com with the subject [damaged palette pot - your order number]. The email body should include your first and last name, at least three photos of the damaged planter pot, your email address, and order number. You will receive an email notification with a confirmation of the damaged pot's replacement within 48 business hours after we have received your return notification.
