RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our returns policy lasts 30 days after the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange, unfortunately.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original packaging. The item must be unused, and both the item and original packaging have to be undamaged.
If your order is eligible for a return and the items arrive at our warehouse in original condition, we will refund your purchase price (without original shipping cost).
Once an order has shipped, we will no longer be able to edit or cancel the order.
START THE RETURN PROCESS
In order to initiate an exchange or a return, please send an email to email@example.com and include your order number, the item number you want to return and the reason for the return.
In case of breakage please attach a photo of the broken goods to your mail.
Once a member of our customer service team has assessed your issue, we will contact you with the status of your replacement or refund. Please allow for up to 2 business days for a response from us.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless a return is first approved by our customer service department, refunds will not be issued for items returned to this address. There are no exceptions.
We do not provide return labels unless your order was incorrect or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information on returning if you received an incorrect or damaged item in your order and also read below (Broken items).
PREPARING YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT
Please include a note in your return package with the following information:
- Your order number
- Original packing slip, which serves as your receipt
- Clearly stated items you want exchanged or refunded
- In case of breakage please add a photo of the broken item to your mail
- Address to ship exchange, if different then original shipping address
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Because many of our products are fragile, please ensure appropriate padding (e.g. bubble wrap included in your original delivery) in the shipping container and label the package as ‘Fragile’. We will not refund products that are damaged on the way back to our warehouse because of lack of protective packaging.
We recommend all shipments sent back to our warehouse are sent via a traceable carrier such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
In case you have received a damaged item, please send 1-2 photos of the broken item to our email firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will process a replacement as soon as possible.
Please make sure to include the order number and purchase date of the item in question. No need to send the broken items back, photos are sufficient.
RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT
In the rare case that you received the wrong product, please email us at email@example.com
Please include your name, order number, email address, explanation of the issue, and a picture of the item you received. In these cases, we will ship a replacement of the correct item to you. Refunds will not be issued.
We do not offer exchanges of purchased items for others. If you need to make a return of an item you do not want, the Returns Policy applies (see above). We will issue a refund of your purchase price after we have received the items back at our warehouse.
