Note: Due to packaging for shipping and handling purposes, we recommend coats be properly pressed and steamed before use, and placed neatly on coat hangar for 24-48 hrs to retain original fit & cut.

We are not responsible for lost, held or damaged packages. In addition, we are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via USPS or UPS or incorrect shipping information. Any shipping issues must be handled by USPS or UPS.
You may return your item for a refund within 14 days from order delivery date, as long as is item is unworn, undamaged, and in new condition with product tags intact. Return requests outside our return window will not be processed or accepted. Any transaction fees associated with the purchase are non-refundable. Please note that return shipping costs are at customer’s expense. Sale or mark down items are ‘FINAL SALE’ and are not eligible for return. Once your item is received, inspected and deemed in proper condition, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 business days for our warehouse to process. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
