What’s your warranty policy?

HICKIES should last the life of your kicks. If they don’t, we’ll replace them, on us. Just fill out the replacement form here. Heads up — if you’re looking to make a return or exchange, that’s a different policy you can find here. (link to that question).

I’m having some issues with my HICKIES laces — what should I do?

Let’s make things right. To get things sorted out, reach out to us at support@hickies.com with a description of the issue and we’ll troubleshoot things from there or feel free to fill out our replacement form. (LINK) If you’re eligible, we will replace your pack at no cost.

What’s your return policy?

At HICKIES, we believe in happiness, especially when it comes to your new laces. If you need to make a return, you can do within 180 days of your order. We only accept returns for orders placed on hickies.com — which means if you picked up your HICKIES elsewhere, you’ll need to reach out to that store for their return policy. Sorry!

To make a return, ship your items, along with the packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation email to:

Make sure you let us know why you’re making the return. We don’t reimburse shipping costs or pay for return shipping, so once you have a tracking number for a shipment, let us know at support@hickies.com. That way we know to keep a lookout for your order.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process the refund to your original form of payment. You should see the refund within 10 business days, tops.
