Before using our Faceé skincare fridge make sure the switch on the back of the fridge is in OFF state, and then insert the plug of the power cord into the socket of the unit

Cooling: set the power switch at the position of cooling. The green indicator will be on indicating the unit is in cooling mode. To obtain optimized cooling effect, we suggest putting your products in the fridge 2-3 hours before use for maximum cooling 

Heating: set the switch to the heating position. The red indicator will be on indicating the unit is in heating mode

For proper operation, please read the pamphlet included with the fridge carefully before using the appliance. Misuse of the appliance will cause injuries

Each product is a different color and has a specialized function for facial care. Selection of each item should be made with care.

We will not refund your item unless it is defective from shipment or damages outside of original detailing. Each order is inspected prior to shipment. If you receive an item that is damaged please email us at hello@myfacee.com within 10 days from the date of shipment. You must include clear images and details regarding damages. Our team will carefully review and confirm return eligibility. For orders that are eligible for return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date the order is returned to us. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Faceé is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit or misplaced by courier during delivery. Tracking number is supplied to each customer. All risks associated are assumed by the courier.

All items are final sale as they are used for skincare and cannot be reused.
