Covid Color Study: 3.18.20
These drawings are an exercise I gave myself during the first few months of the quarantine. The series documents my experience hitting a roadblock emotionally and creatively during a pandemic. In the first few weeks of COVID, I was feeling sad and couldn't create anything. I asked my mother to pet sit her dog to keep my spirits up and for companionship. On our timed walks(15 min), I would find something to be grateful for and if the color scheme moved me I would study it and go upstairs and put the colors down.
