We are big proponents of combining style with sustainability. Our products are made-to-order, which helps us reduce waste and overproduction, offers an opportunity to work with local casting shops, and allows for you to make slight customizations, like size and color.
We appreciate your patience and understand 2 weeks can seem like a long time to receive your new fabulous piece, but shopping with intention not only makes you look good, but feel good too!

We do not accept returns or exchanges after 15 days from receipt of merchandise. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING FEES. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO OUR MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESS, WE CHARGE A 10% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL ITEMS RETURNED. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
